Having a baby at home on Thanksgiving day is always special. Especially when you doula is your best friend and your husband has masted the back pressure. E.'s water broke the day before. She went through the night without contractions then the next day late in the afternoon she had her baby after 2 hours of strong contractions. Her son joined us right away to meet his new sister.
