Service Description

My first doula training was 10 years ago through DONA, and it ignited my passion for birth and the personal transformation going from pregnancy to parenthood. I’ve since had a couple babies myself and have taken many certifications that have created diversity in how I approach birth work. I love blending the science and the energetics for a holistic, personalized experience. I work with families throughout the childbearing continuum, from fertility through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My work as a Transformational Coach, Kundalini Dance facilitator, and author supports my work with families navigating the mental, emotional, physical and energetic shifts that come with adding a new baby to your family. Through our meetings I will listen to your desires for your birth and postpartum experience so I can hold and amplify that vision with you. I provide education to you and your partner on what to expect, options available, how to navigate the medical system and advocate for yourself, as well as providing practical, hands on comfort measures and mindset coaching. I approach my work with a depth that birth inherently brings forth, but I do it with a lot of laughs and lightness. My wish is for all families to look back on their experience of pregnancy and birth and feel empowered and equipped in trusting their innate gifts as parents, no matter how their birth story unfolds. I live with my beloved of 18 years and our twin toddlers. You’ll find us tromping around forests with our pup and having dance parties as much as we can. Hope to have tea and connect with you soon!
