Hello, my name is Nikola but my friends call me Nikki. After working many years in the holistic wellness industry (mostly in operations), I wanted to find ways to form deeper connections and to support people on a more intimate level. I have a background in Counselling Hypnotherapy, and yes :) you better believe I have a few hypnobirthing techniques up my sleeve! My mission and vision, to support and to empower: To ensure that when you reflect upon the birth of your baby 10, 15, 20 years down the road that you’ll have a smile on your face. That you’ll remember you felt calm, strong, and trusted your body. My approach is intuitive, yet practical and my presence is calm. I create a warm, inclusive, open and non-judgemental environment and will hold the space for you to have utmost positive experiences…in whatever capacity that looks like or means to you. I offer both birth doula and birth photography services in the Lower Mainland. I am currently working and training with Bloom, Birth Becomes You, Doula Canada as well as immersing myself with everything to do with birth and babies. In my free time you’ll find me strolling the West End with my baby; stopping for coffee time socials, visiting local beaches or thrifting.
