I offer evidence-based support with the goal of creating a safe, nurturing environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make choices that align with your birth goals. With an education background in perinatal health and psychology, I provide personalized, empowering support that helps you feel confident, respected, and in charge of your birth experience. Every birth experience is unique, and there are so many choices that it can be overwhelming. My role as your doula is to help you navigate these options and create a birth plan that aligns with your personal desires allowing you to enter this next life-changing chapter feeling positive. My passion for doula work was born from my own transformative birth experiences and helping parents advocate for themselves and their choices. I have experience with emergency caesareans and VBACs as well.
