As a dedicated Doula and Massage practitioner, I am committed to supporting individuals and families throughout the transformative journey of pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. Based in the Lower Mainland, BC, I provide comprehensive care that includes support throughout the birth and postpartum periods, along with Integrated Therapeutic Massage services. My expertise allows me to provide a holistic approach to your birthing experience. I believe in empowering you with personalized care, emotional support, and evidence-based information so that you can make informed decisions about your pregnancy and birth. My intention as a Birth Doula is not to teach you how to birth or guide you but to walk alongside you. During labor, I offer continuous support through comfort measures such as massage, positioning, and breathing techniques. My calming presence helps create a nurturing birthing environment, enabling you to focus on the arrival of your baby with confidence and peace of mind. Allowing you to trust your inner knowing and be vulnerable in a safe environment while encouraging you every step of the way. Postpartum, my support extends to helping you navigate the early days of parenthood. I offer support on newborn care and breastfeeding, as well as therapeutic massage to aid in your recovery and relaxation.
